A few things people ask.

First13 is for Australian adults who want to improve their health through better nutrition — particularly those who've tried before and found that diets alone don't stick. It's not a weight loss program in the traditional sense. It's a behaviour change program that happens to change how you eat.
The weekly modules are designed to fit into a realistic life. Most people spend 30–60 minutes a week on the core content — and the worksheets are optional deep dives for those who want them. You can go at your own pace.
No — and that's deliberate. First13 teaches you how to make good nutritional decisions, not what specific foods to eat on specific days. Meal plans can be useful short-term tools, but they don't teach you the skills that make lasting change possible.
An APD — Accredited Practising Dietitian — holds a 4 to 6 year university degree covering nutrition science, medical nutrition therapy and supervised clinical practice. They're governed by the Dietitians Association of Australia, must meet strict entry criteria, and are required to maintain ongoing professional development to keep their status. APD is the only nutrition credential recognised by Medicare and the Department of Veterans' Affairs — and it's a protected trademark. Anyone can call themselves a nutritionist or health coach. Not everyone can call themselves an APD. First13 is designed, delivered and supported by APDs.
