Ingredients
  

  • 1 pc Large Fish
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 pc Onion Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Rind Grated
  • 1 tsp Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Reduced Fat Margarine

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200C.
  • Preheat oven to 200C.
  • Beat eggs with cottage cheese and yoghurt. Mix thoroughly with pumpkin, parsley and bacon mixture.
  • Spray quiche dish lightly with non stick spray and line with pita bread.
  • Pour in mixture and bake for 40 minutes.
