Banana Porridge
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Quick Cooking Oats
- 1/2 cup So Good Now Low-fat Soy Drink
- 2 cups Hot Water
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 pc Medium Banana Mashed
Instructions
- Combine oats, salt and water in a large bowl.
- Microwave on HIGH [100%] for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally (or place in a saucepan over medium heat and stir until mixture boils and thickens).
- Stir in So Good Now Low Fat, sugar and banana.
