Ginger Kiwi Fruit Pork Chops

For a change a your next barbecue, grill some pork.

Ingredients:

Instructions :

  1. For glaze: Combine all ingredients, except kiwi fruit and pork, in a saucepan. Simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes or until slightly reduced. Cool marinade. Add kiwi fruit.
  2. Place pork in a baking tray. Pour cooled marinade over it. Turn to coat well. Marinate for 1-2 hours in the fridge.
  3. Grill pork, brushing regularly with the glaze and turning occasionally.
