Mango and Yoghurt Parfaits

Ingredients:

Instructions :

  1. Peel the mangoes and cut into large chunks. Place ½ cup in a blender with the orange juice and puree until smooth.
  2. Place a spoon of the chopped mango in the base of parfait glasses or tall glass bowls - even a large water glass looks nice.
  3. Top with a spoon of the puree, then the yoghurt and drizzle with passionfruit. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up, finishing with puree.
  4. Top with chopped macadamias and serve immediately.
