Oven Baked Falafel

Ingredients:

Instructions :

  1. Soak buckwheat in hot water for 10 minutes then drain well.
  2. Finely grind or blend the chickpeas and add all other ingredients, except the sesame seeds. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
  4. With wet hands, shape mixture into individual patties and roll them in sesame seeds.
  5. Let sit a further 10 minutes. Bake in a moderate oven until golden brown.
