This is a twist on the traditional Korean dish

Ingredients:

  1. In a large frying pan, spray olive oil and cook turkey mince for 5 minutes or until well browned. Add ginger, soy sauce, hoisin sauce and water chestnuts. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring to combine ingredients.
  2. Remove from heat, drizzle with sesame oil, stir through spring onions and coriander.
  3. Serve San Choy Bau in a warmed bowl with lettuce cups, allow people to spoon warmed mixture into lettuce, roll up and eat.
