Watermelon Salad
Ingredients:
- 4 cups Watermelon
- 1 pc White Onion Finely sliced
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Mint Finely chopped
Instructions :
- Remove skin and seeds from watermelon; cut into 2cm cubes.
- Place watermelon and white onion in a large bowl; toss lightly together. Chill well.
