Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Orange Juice (250ml)
  • 1 cup Non-fat Plain Yoghurt
  • 1 pc Medium Banana (150g)
  • 1 cup Strawberries Hulled
  • 1/4 cup Equal Spoonful or 6 Packets Equal Sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Peel and cut banana into large chunks. Place in freezer bag, seal and freeze at 5-6 hours or overnight.
  • Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
