Ingredients
  

  • 1 pc Large Calypso Mango Diced
  • 2 pcs Fresh Limes Juiced and zest removed
  • 2 pcs Red Chillies Deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 1 pc Bunch of Fresh Coriander chopped

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Allow to stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the flavours to develop.
