Curried Fish

Fragrant fish curry.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Fresh Fish Fillet
  • 2 Tbsp Canola Oil
  • 1 pc Large Chopped Onion (150g)
  • 2 pcs Garlic Cloves Crushed
  • 2 pcs Bay Leaves
  • 4 pcs Cloves
  • 1 Tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 pc Chicken Stock Cube

Instructions
 

  • Cut fish fillet into 1cm cubes.
  • Heat oil in a heavy based saucepan. Gently saute onion, garlic, bay leaves and cloves. Add garam masala, coriander, turmeric, cumin and chilli powder and stirfry gently. Crush chicken stock cube and add to mixture. Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes stirring frequently.
  • Serve immediately with plain boiled rice and other curry condiments.
