Creamy Tuna Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pc Tuna Flakes (425g) in Spring Water Drained
  • 1 cup Low-fat Natural Yoghurt
  • 400 g Pasta
  • 4 pcs Spring Onions
  • 1 pc Punnet Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 1 Pinch of Salt & Pepper To taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
  • While pasta is cooking, chop parsley, slice spring onions and cut cherry tomatoes in half. Mix drained tuna and yoghurt. Add parsley, onions and tomatoes.
  • When pasta is cooked and drained, add tuna mixture to pasta and stir to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
