Instructions
Preheat oven to 200C.

Beat eggs with cottage cheese and yoghurt. Mix thoroughly with pumpkin, parsley and bacon mixture.
Spray quiche dish lightly with non stick spray and line with pita bread.
Pour in mixture and bake for 40 minutes.
