Reduced Fat Margarine
Instructions
Place margarine in a heavy based saucepan and melt over low heat. Remove.
Stir in cornflour to form a smooth paste then slowly add nonfat milk and stock cube.
Return to heat and cook whilst stirring until thick and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in wine. Reheat gently and serve.
