White Wine Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Cornflour
- 1/2 cup Non-fat Milk
- 1 pc Chicken Stock Cube
- 1/2 cup White Wine
- 1 Tbsp Reduced Fat Margarine
- Place margarine in a heavy based saucepan and melt over low heat. Remove.
- Stir in cornflour to form a smooth paste then slowly add nonfat milk and stock cube.
- Return to heat and cook whilst stirring until thick and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in wine. Reheat gently and serve.
