  • 1 Tbsp Cornflour
  • 1/2 cup Non-fat Milk
  • 1 pc Chicken Stock Cube
  • 1/2 cup White Wine
  • 1 Tbsp Reduced Fat Margarine


  • Place margarine in a heavy based saucepan and melt over low heat. Remove.
  • Stir in cornflour to form a smooth paste then slowly add nonfat milk and stock cube.
  • Return to heat and cook whilst stirring until thick and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in wine. Reheat gently and serve.
