Initial Consultation
If it’s your first time with a food.com.au Dietitian you can book an initial consult at our Footscray Clinic or via Telehealth.
Your Dietitian will conduct a nutrition assessment which include exploring your medical history, dietary intake, eating habits, lifestyle and current activity levels.
They will work with you to identify your health and nutrition goals, identify areas for dietary change and develop an individualised plan. You will receive evidenced based education and resources to to support you in achieving your goals.
Review Consultation
If you’ve seen a food.com.au you can book a review consult at our Footscray Clinic or via Telehealth.
Your Dietitian will check in on your progress and fine tune your plan as required. Regular reviews can help with accountability which will help you achieve your goals!
Exercise Physiologist Consultations
Whether it’s your first or follow up appointment, our Exercise Physiologist is available through Telehealth.
In your first appointment the Exercise Physiologist will discuss your reasons for attending the session, medical history, current physical activity levels and your goals for the exercise program. With this information they will develop an exercise program that will help you achieve your goals.
