Ingredients
  

  • 1 Stick Celery Chopped Finely
  • 425 g Tuna in Brine Drained and flake
  • 1/4 cup Lowfat Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Fresh Coriander Leaves Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 4 Lavash Bread
  • 1 Small Cos Lettuce Torn

Instructions
 

  • Combine celery, tuna, mayonnaise, coriander and juice in medium bowl.
  • Top bread with lettuce then tuna mixture. Roll up from the short side.
