Perfect sandwich for packed lunches.
- 1 Stick Celery Chopped Finely
- 425 g Tuna in Brine Drained and flake
- 1/4 cup Lowfat Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Fresh Coriander Leaves Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 4 Lavash Bread
- 1 Small Cos Lettuce Torn
- Combine celery, tuna, mayonnaise, coriander and juice in medium bowl.
- Top bread with lettuce then tuna mixture. Roll up from the short side.
