Instructions
Heat oil in wok. Add sweet potato and zucchini. Stir-fry until vegetables are golden brown.
Add coconut milk, curry paste and sugar. Cook gently until vegetables are just tender. Add fish sauce to taste (optional). Garnish with whole fresh basil leaves.
