Ingredients
  

  • 450 g Can of Golden Circle Whole Baby Beets
  • 1 pc Green Capsicum 140g
  • 1 pc red capsicum 140g
  • 600 g Baby Yellow Squash
  • 1 pc Medium Onion (120g) Cut into eights
  • 100 g Mushrooms Halved
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 8 pcs Skewers

Instructions
 

  • Cut capsicum and squash into even bite-size pieces and thread onto skewers with baby beets and remaining vegetables.
  • Heat grill or griddle plate, brush skewers with a little oil and cook 3-4 minutes until cooked to taste.
