Instructions
Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Add the bok choy and stir fry over a high heat for 1 - 2 minutes.
Combine the remaining ingredients. Add to the pan and stir fry for a further 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
Serve as an accompaniment to a main meal.
