Bok Choy with Oyster Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 400 g Bok Choy Rinsed and roughly torn
- 1 tsp Maggi Garlic Stock Powder
- 1 tsp Grated Fresh Root Ginger
- 2 Tbsp Maggi Oyster Sauce
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Add the bok choy and stir fry over a high heat for 1 - 2 minutes.
- Combine the remaining ingredients. Add to the pan and stir fry for a further 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
- Serve as an accompaniment to a main meal.
