  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 400 g Bok Choy Rinsed and roughly torn
  • 1 tsp Maggi Garlic Stock Powder
  • 1 tsp Grated Fresh Root Ginger
  • 2 Tbsp Maggi Oyster Sauce


  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Add the bok choy and stir fry over a high heat for 1 - 2 minutes.
  • Combine the remaining ingredients. Add to the pan and stir fry for a further 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
  • Serve as an accompaniment to a main meal.
