Ingredients
  

  • 425 g Can Chick Peas Drained and washed
  • 1 cup Reduced-fat Plain Yoghurt
  • 2 pcs Cloves Garlic Crushed
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Parsley Very finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Blend first four ingredients until smooth, then stir in parsley. Pour into flat serving dish and sprinkle with Cayenne pepper to serve
