- 425 g Can Chick Peas Drained and washed
- 1 cup Reduced-fat Plain Yoghurt
- 2 pcs Cloves Garlic Crushed
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Parsley Very finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- Blend first four ingredients until smooth, then stir in parsley. Pour into flat serving dish and sprinkle with Cayenne pepper to serve
