  • 2 pcs Thin Slices Mixed Grain Bread (30g each)
  • 2 tsp Flora Light Margarine (10g)
  • 40 g Lean Chicken Breast Baked
  • 50 g Mixed Salat (e.g. Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber, Sprouts)
  • 1 Tbsp Salad Magic Mayonnaise, Cholesterol Free (20g)


  • Lightly spread bread with margarine and mayonnaise.
  • Top one slice of bread with chicken and salad and close with remaining bread.
  • Serve.
