Thai Pork Salad
Debbie tells us this low fat salad is quick and easy but retains authentic Thai flavours.
Ingredients
- 400 g Lean Pork
- 3 Limes Fresh
- 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar Seasoned
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne
- 1 Tbsp Thai Fish Sauce
- 1/2 cup Mint Chopped
- 1/2 cup Coriander Chopped
- 1/2 cup Spring Onions Thinly sliced
- 4 cups Cabbage Finely shredded
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 cup Water Cold
- 1/4 cup Peanuts Dry-roasted, Unsalted
