Hello fellow Alphas,
No one seems to have used the community forum as yet so I’ve decided to get the ball rolling.
I’m a 50 year old librarian who is struggling with my weight, diabetes and depression. I started this course so I could get a handle on my life style and improve my health.
I’ve found this course so far has made me reconsider many of my previous life style choices. I wasn’t eating enough fruit or vegetables or making enough time to enjoy the things I value.
What has been your ‘AHA’ moment so far in the course?
