Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cooked Brown Rice
  • 410 g Can Pie Apple
  • 1/4 cup Sultanas
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Tbsp Lemon Rind
  • 4 Tbsp Lowfat Cottage Cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl combine rice, apple, lemon juice, rind, sultanas, honey and cottage cheese.
  • Spoon into two serving dishes and chill well before serving.
