Apple & Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Brown Rice
- 410 g Can Pie Apple
- 1/4 cup Sultanas
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Tbsp Lemon Rind
- 4 Tbsp Lowfat Cottage Cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl combine rice, apple, lemon juice, rind, sultanas, honey and cottage cheese.
- Spoon into two serving dishes and chill well before serving.
