Asparagus, Avocado and Prawn Salad
Delicious salad for all occasions!
- 1 Bunch Asparagus Trimmed
- 1 Bunch Baby Spinach Washed and trimmed
- 1 pc Large Orange Peeled and halved
- 2 pcs Avocados Peeled and halved
- 16 pcs Prawn Peeled and cooked
- 1/2 cup French Dressing
- Microwave asparagus until just tender and slightly crisp. Cool. Arrange spinach leaves, asparagus and orange segments on four individual plates.
- Place an avocado half on each plate. Arrange prawns over avocados. Drizzle with dressing.
