  • 1 Bunch Asparagus Trimmed
  • 1 Bunch Baby Spinach Washed and trimmed
  • 1 pc Large Orange Peeled and halved
  • 2 pcs Avocados Peeled and halved
  • 16 pcs Prawn Peeled and cooked
  • 1/2 cup French Dressing


  • Microwave asparagus until just tender and slightly crisp. Cool. Arrange spinach leaves, asparagus and orange segments on four individual plates.
  • Place an avocado half on each plate. Arrange prawns over avocados. Drizzle with dressing.
