  • 2 pcs Thin Slices Multi Grain Bread (30g each)
  • 2 tsp Flora Light Margarine 10g
  • 25 g Coon Extra Light Cheese
  • 50 g Cucumber Unpeeled, sliced thinly (Lebanese or burpless varieties)


  • Lightly spread bread with margarine.
  • Place the cucumber slices and cheese on one slice of bread ; top with remaining bread.
  • Serve.
