Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Apple Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pc Cinnamon Stick
  • 4 pcs Ripe Bananas Peeled and sliced
  • 4 Tbsp Non-fat Yoghurt or Ricotta Cream (Garnish)
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg (Garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Simmer apple juice, raisins, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a saucepan for 5 minutes.
  • Add bananas, cover and simmer 8-10 minutes until tender.
  • Remove cinnamon stick before serving.
  • Serve with yoghurt or ricotta cream and sprinkle of nutmeg.
