- 3 Tbsp Non-fat Milk
- 1 tsp Gelatine (5g)
- 1/4 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Blend non-fat milk with gelatine and stir over hot water until dissolved.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well until smooth. Refrigerate.
