  • 3 Tbsp Non-fat Milk
  • 1 tsp Gelatine (5g)
  • 1/4 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract


  • Blend non-fat milk with gelatine and stir over hot water until dissolved.
  • Combine all ingredients and mix well until smooth. Refrigerate.
