Curried Egg Sandwich
- 2 pcs Thin Slices Grain Bread (30g each)
- 1 Tbsp Salad Magic Mayonnaise, Cholesterol Free (20g)
- 1 pc Large Egg, Hard Boiled Peeled
- 1/4 tsp Curry Powder or to taste
- In a small bowl, mash egg well. Add curry powder and mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
- Spread on bread. Serve.
