  • 2 pcs Medium Grapefruit (Pink or white) 200g each
  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • 1/2 cup Dried Apricots
  • 200 g Lowfat Creamed Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Honey


  • Remove flesh from grapefruit and cut into segments.
  • In a bowl combine fruits together with cheese and spoon into grapefruit shells.
  • Top with drizzle of honey.
  • Serve chilled, or grilled until warmed through.
