Honey Capped Grapefruit
- 2 pcs Medium Grapefruit (Pink or white) 200g each
- 1/4 cup Raisins
- 1/2 cup Dried Apricots
- 200 g Lowfat Creamed Cottage Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- Remove flesh from grapefruit and cut into segments.
- In a bowl combine fruits together with cheese and spoon into grapefruit shells.
- Top with drizzle of honey.
- Serve chilled, or grilled until warmed through.
