Prawn and Egg Sandwich
Very satisfying combination of prawns, egg, lettuce and mayo.
- 2 pcs Thin Slices Mixed Grain Bread (30g each)
- 1 pc Large Egg (53g), Hard-boiled, Peeled and Sliced
- 50 g Prawns Tinned, drained
- 1 Tbsp Salad Magic Mayonnaise Cholesterol Free, 20g
- 1 pc Lettuce Leaf Finely shredded
- Lightly spread mayo on one slice of bread. Add egg slices, prawns and lettuce. Top with remaining slice of bread.
