Cheesey Grape Balls

Ingredients:

Instructions :

  1. Wash and dry grapes.
  2. Mix ricotta cheese, chives, parsley, chilli powder and fruit chutney together in a bowl. Dissolve gelatine in the hot water and add to the cheese mixture.
  3. Coat each grape with about 1 teaspoon of the mixture. Roll into small balls then coat lightly in walnuts. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours to set.
  4. Cut in half and serve as a cocktail savoury.
