Reuben Triple S
Silverside, Swiss and Sauerkraut on pumpernickel.
- 104 g Shaved Silverside
- 4 Slices Pumpernickel or Rye (30g each)
- 4 Tbsp Thousand Island Dressing (80g)
- 250 g Canned Sauerkraut Drained and rinsed
- 4 Slices Swiss Cheese (reduced fat)
- Spread dressing on bread and arrange dressing side-up on a plate.
- Top with beef and sauerkraut, then cheese; place on grill and cook until cheese is melted and browned.
- Serve hot.
