  • 104 g Shaved Silverside
  • 4 Slices Pumpernickel or Rye (30g each)
  • 4 Tbsp Thousand Island Dressing (80g)
  • 250 g Canned Sauerkraut Drained and rinsed
  • 4 Slices Swiss Cheese (reduced fat)


  • Spread dressing on bread and arrange dressing side-up on a plate.
  • Top with beef and sauerkraut, then cheese; place on grill and cook until cheese is melted and browned.
  • Serve hot.
