  • 4 cups Watermelon
  • 1 pc White Onion Finely sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Mint Finely chopped


  • Remove skin and seeds from watermelon; cut into 2cm cubes.
  • Place watermelon and white onion in a large bowl; toss lightly together. Chill well.
