  • 1/2 cup Natural Yoghurt
  • 2 Tbsp Sanitarium Fancy Extra Large Dried Apricots Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Sanitarium Roasted and Salted Pistachios Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 pc Red Apple Thinly sliced


  • Place yoghurt, apricots and pistachios in bowl, mix to combine.
  • Spoon into small plastic container with spill-proof lid.
  • Dampen paper towel and sprinkle with lemon juice, wrap sliced apple in this to prevent discolouration.
