  • 400 g Pasta
  • 6 pcs Ripe Tomatoes Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Clove Garlic Crushed
  • 1 pc Onion Chopped
  • 1 pc Red Chilli Deseeded and sliced
  • 2 cups Chopped Cup Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup White Wine
  • 1 Tbsp Freshly Chopped Basil


  • Cook pasta according to directions on the packet.
  • To make sauce, place tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, onion, chilli, mushrooms and wine in a saucepan. Simmer, uncovered, for about 20 minutes. Before taking off heat, add basil. Serve hot sauce over pasta.
