French Onion Vegetable Bake
A lovely mixture of flavours, topped off with french onion delight.
Ingredients
- 4 pcs Medium Potato Peeled
- 1 pc Large Sweet Potato
- 250 g Frozen Spinach
- 1/2 Packet of French Onion Soup Mix
- 250 mL Skim Milk
- 1 cup Grated Cheese Reduced-fat
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180° Celsius. Thaw spinach. Blend milk and french onion soup mix until well combined.
- Chop potatoes and sweet potato into thin slices. In a casserole dish, put a layer of potato, then sweet potato and then spinach.
- Pour over a thin layer of the French onion milk mix. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing off with any remaining milk mixture.
- Top with grated cheese to lightly cover. Bake in oven for 40 to 45 mins, or until potatoes are cooked and cheese is golden. Serve hot.
