Mushroom, tomatoes and black olives with feta cheese.
- 1 cup Sliced Flat Mushrooms 120g
- 3 pcs Medium Tomatoes 450g
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 pc Medium Brown Onion Finely chopped
- 2 pcs cloves garlic Crushed
- 1/4 cup Finely chopped Fresh Oregano
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1/4 cup Water
- 10 pcs Seeded Black Olives
- 150 g Reduced-fat Feta Cheese Crumbled
