- 200 g Avocado Roughly chopped
- 1 cup Canned Mexican-style Beans Drained
- 3/4 cup Corn Kernels Drained
- 2 pcs Large Tomatoes Coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup Red Onion Diced
- 1 pc Medium Zucchini Coarsely grated
- 8 Old El Paso Herb Tortillas
- 150 g Low-fat Mozzarella Cheese Grated
