Ingredients
  

  • 2 pcs Large Green Apples (235g each) grated
  • 2 pcs Large Carrots (180g each) finely grated
  • 1 pc Large Banana (200g) thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Sultanas (75g)
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts (60g) optional
  • 1 Squeeze Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together. Squeeze some lemon juice over to prevent browning of apple and banana. Add walnuts for extra 'crunch' if desired.
  • Serve chilled.
