Super Low-Cal Chicken Vege Soup
- 1 cup Boiling Water
- 1 Salt-Reduced liquid chicken stock
- 1/8 cup Carrots Sliced
- 1/8 cup Celery Sliced
- 1/8 cup Tomato Sliced
- 1/8 cup Onion Sliced
- 1 Garlic Salt
- Bring the water to the boil while you slice the vegetables.
- When boiling, add the vegies and boil for 2 1/2 minutes before adding the chicken cube for a further 1/2 minute until dissolved.
