This tasty sandwich is great for children and adults.
- 100 g Austrimi Surimi
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise Reduced-fat
- 1 Pickled Gherkin Finely chopped
- 1/2 Stick Celery Very fine chopped
- 1/2 pc Red Onion Sliced thinly
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt and Black Pepper
- 4 pcs Bread Slices
- Roughly chop the surimi & place into a bowl with mayonnaise, gherkin, celery & onion. Stir to combine ingredients & season to taste.
- Spoon & spread filling onto fresh bread and serve.
