Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Austrimi Surimi
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise Reduced-fat
  • 1 Pickled Gherkin Finely chopped
  • 1/2 Stick Celery Very fine chopped
  • 1/2 pc Red Onion Sliced thinly
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt and Black Pepper
  • 4 pcs Bread Slices

Instructions
 

  • Roughly chop the surimi & place into a bowl with mayonnaise, gherkin, celery & onion. Stir to combine ingredients & season to taste.
  • Spoon & spread filling onto fresh bread and serve.
