Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Tofu
  • 1 tsp Mild Mustard
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/2 pc Lemon (Juice only)
  • 3 Tbsp Low-fat Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 Tbsp Parsley Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Chives Chopped
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Drain the tofu and crumble into a bowl.
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir gently until everything is well mixed.
  • Season to taste.
