  • 150 g Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Reduced-fat Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 tsp Tomato Paste No added salt
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 drops Hot Chilli Sauce (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper (or to taste)


  • Mash avocado with a fork until very smooth.
  • Add ricotta cheese, tomato paste, salt, chilli sauce and pepper. Blend until smooth. This may be done in a food processor or blender.
