- 150 g Avocado
- 1/2 cup Reduced-fat Ricotta Cheese
- 1 tsp Tomato Paste No added salt
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 drops Hot Chilli Sauce (or to taste)
- 1 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper (or to taste)
- Mash avocado with a fork until very smooth.
- Add ricotta cheese, tomato paste, salt, chilli sauce and pepper. Blend until smooth. This may be done in a food processor or blender.
