A delicious snack that the whole family will love. Great for breakfast or after school.
- 4 slices thick wholemeal bread
- 1 avocado mashed
- 2 tbsp low-fat cheese grated
- Preheat griller, toast bread on one side. Spread mashed avocado on untoasted side.
- Sprinkle with cheese and toast until cheese is bubbling.
- Serve immediately.
- Add shaved ham, sliced tomato or crushed pineapple for variety.
