  • 4 slices thick wholemeal bread
  • 1 avocado mashed
  • 2 tbsp low-fat cheese grated


  • Preheat griller, toast bread on one side. Spread mashed avocado on untoasted side.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and toast until cheese is bubbling.
  • Serve immediately.


  • Add shaved ham, sliced tomato or crushed pineapple for variety.
