This dish is a super spicy alternative to plain-coated fish. Make the coating as hot or as mild as you wish.
- 4 Fish Fillets About 100g per fillet
- 1/4 cup Plain Flour
- 1 pc Egg Lightly whisked
- 1/2 cup Cajun-flavoured Breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Coat fillets first in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes each side, or until cooked through.
