  • 4 Fish Fillets About 100g per fillet
  • 1/4 cup Plain Flour
  • 1 pc Egg Lightly whisked
  • 1/2 cup Cajun-flavoured Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil


  • Coat fillets first in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Cook for 2 to 3 minutes each side, or until cooked through.
